Welcome to Sue’s Crest! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Bookings and Reservations
a. Booking Confirmation
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified during the booking process.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during booking.
b. Payment Terms
- Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

c. Cancellation Policy

- Damages to property caused by the guest or their party will be charged to the guest.
b. Occupancy
- The number of guests must not exceed the limit specified in the booking.
- Unauthorized guests are not allowed to stay overnight.
c. Prohibited Activities
- Smoking, illegal activities, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
4. Property Policies
a. Pets
- pets are not allowed in the house.
b. Noise Levels
- Quiet hours are observed between 11pm and 6am.
c. Cleaning
- Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition.
5. Liability
a. Property Damage
- Sue’s Crest is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
b. Personal Injury
- Guests stay at their own risk. Sue’s Crest is not liable for injuries or accidents that occur on the property.
c. Force Majeure
- Sue’s Crest is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Privacy
Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to Reservations
a. Modifications
- Changes to reservations (e.g., dates, number of guests) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
b. Cancellations by Us
- In rare cases, we may need to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, guests agree to resolve the matter amicably with Sue’s Crest. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be governed by the laws of Malawi.
9. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of significant changes, and the updated terms will be posted on our website.
